‘MARKETING TOOLS FOR AUDIENCES : HOW TO USE THEM EFFICIENTLY’

You are an expert in audience strategy : come to CTM10 to network and speak to art organisations.
During this unique session, CTM offers the opportunity for professionals to present a case study to help institutions develop audiences.You will have time to share your expertise with the delegates, explain techniques to collect and analyse data, answer questions and develop new contacts. This is a unique opportunity to share your expertise with a captive audience of art professionals, directors of marketing and of communication from international museums and art centres; they are all in charge of audiences/audience development and keen to learn about the new CRM (Customer Relation Management) tools, new segmentation formats used by consumer brands, innovative techniques of creating reliable audience surveys.
The case study will be presented in the programme and on the web site of the conference.Costs per case study : 1000 euros + registration fees

Case studies take place on 1st July 2010 at the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.
